At his worst Wolverine was in what? Three team titles, Spider-man has more solo titles then that, then all his guest appearances and stuff like Marvel team-up which really should have been called Spider-man team up. Spider-man is showed into readers faces way more then Wolverine.

I don't think Wolverine or Spider-man should be in the Avengers. How many countless people has Wolverine killed? He still kills ninjas every time they show up, he really doesn't fit in with the Avengers... heck he barely fits in with the x-men and Spider-man is just a solo character no real reason for him to be on a team imo.
But they can both pull their own weight better then characters like Moonknight, Blackwidow and Blackknight I guess

actually wolverine can work himself into a frenzy before a telepath can even figure it out.. this is a telepath who could avoid superhuman assailants by reading their minds.. wolverine worked himself into a berserker rage before the guy even knew what was happening...
also... guess that "best of their abilities" crap only applies to ANYONE who's NOT WOLVERINE right? pffft... seriously bad rationale you got there..
yep.. this was something I pointed out in the trio thread too.. it's bullshit.. people on this forums generally tend to just have a natural hatred for the mutant furball.. it doesn't even matter if it's justified or not to most of them...

actually wolverine being on the team was completely justified.. ironically for that exact reason you just stated... he had a 2 page discussion with captain america about it, about how he needed someone on the team that could go beyond the point eveyone else was willing to.. because if he had someone like that on the team before, the events that occured during avengers dissassembled would not have come to pass..
wolverine has 100% justification for being on the team and I'll post those scans at the end of the week to prove it too...
as for spiderman's justification.. that's 100% as well... spiderman was in a vulnerable position and stark used that to his advantage so he could hold leverage over spiderman, reel parker in close, give him his new suit and make him his personal bodyguard.... the justifications there you just have to actually read the books to know that...
as for blacknight... irm.... the guy's redirected a blast from odin and hit skyfather with it... I'd say the guy can hold his own better than most...

Do you have Black Knight confused with Swordsman? I don't recall Wolverine and Dean fighting except in the Avengers/X-men 4 issue mini and that was hardly a fight.

they foguht once in a cross over and I remeber wolverine winning quite easiliy though I do not own it. I also read a comic recently that in the back of it it list x-men vs many diffrent teams and one of the teams it mentions is the avengers and it say black knight got recked I can list this issue if u like.
