Because people were wondering about it earlier the second pick is from the Fantastic Four mini "Big Town" where the Wolverine and Storm where members of the Brotherhood and the rest of the X-Men where a second rate street gang. Alternate reality.

Oh come on in that awful Ultimate X-men/FF mini series.
I mean seriously, the thing can take a punch from Namor and be flung halfway across New York and not take any damage, but a kick to the face knocks him out?
he wasn't KOed he was knocked down.. big difference...

Please tell me guys, how that when Ben plants a punch to his body or his head, Logan's vitals don't liquify? Healing factor or not, that will kill him. I don't think he can heal after he's dead. There's no vibranium in his bones, and even so, hard blows hurt him the same as a regular man minus the adimantium. Even with Vibranium the sheer momentum and force would simply devistate his insides. Anyways, I'm going for Ben punching Wolverine in the head and liquifying his brain, which is an organ he needs to be alive, hence he dies. I know some writers think he can regrow vital organs, but no matter what kind of healing factor he has, he does not heal when he's dead.
The funniest thing is, I was actually thinking basically that same sentence in my head when I wrote that. The quote in my monologue was, "Man, this logic thing is going to be too much for some of these people to handle. It will be an entirely alien concept."
