But you can have multiple isp's, mutliple access points to the internet. School, library, friend's house, proxy where you can setup any number of accounts.

Easier, but personaly I prefer the hardware / different connection method. A request to your ISP can still shut you down. smile

Banning can be based on either your email or ip address. The host/moderator has control... we think.
