Regaining conciousness, Deadeye looked around. Something didn't smell to good, he looked himself over. Damn, it was him that smelt burnt ! he shakily got to his feet, burns cracking and weeping everywhere and turned to look out the window which wasn't there.
Seeing the plume of smoke by the water front was not what he wanted to see. He called upon his light powers and everything started to float. Cushions arranged themselves by the window, his Sniper rifle folated in and set up by the cushions. Deadeye tried to take his leather jacket off but grunted in pain as the jacket refused to budge at points. He had a close look and found the jacket fused to his blackened skin. There was no way he would be able to lie down in the jacket so that left one option. Gathering the jacket in his hands, he began recalling all his worst moments of the past 25 years bringing his rage and adrenaline to a high. In one swift movement he pulled down and skin tore. Blood poured out as he quickly grabbed a towel and stemmed the flow.
Lying down on the cushions he brought the rifle, up and zeroed the sights and did a few quick calculations for wind. what ever was causing havoc he need to help and fast. He wasn't sure how long he could put fatigue and pain out of his mind.
IGNORE MY LAST POST, MEANT TO EDIT IT BUT RAN OUT OF TIME TO DO SO

It took him several seconds to process what was going on. Just as he saw Shaun fall, he activated his power to slow time down. Seconds dragged into minutes. Minutes dragged into hours. One shot was all he needed. They guy in his spandex suit in mid leap towards the guy standing between Shaun and itself. He fired.
The bullet race accross the bay, pinged off a metal girder, bounced of a metal gangway, ricacheted around the corner and drove on home, right between the eyes. Deadeye coked off the empty shell and rammed a new round in, placing his eye back on the scope. He could see the eyes roll slow and he release the time distortion.
Not even moving he slumped forward against the rifle, out like a light.

Lets calm down for a while, 2 battles in a short space of time has left lots of injured.

The man fell to the ground in a split second, a bullet hole between the eyes. He sat there motionless. At that time, Shaun started to get up, blood pouring from the neck wound but was fine otherwise. He looked and saw Kort on the ground. He then saw the man lying on his back, blood spilling from a wound in his head. Shaun stumbled toward the man just as another appeared before him. This man was a mass of blood and bone. There was no real form except he had two legs, arms, and a head. The face was two blackened holes and a gaping slit. The creature grabbed the man on the ground and said to Shaun,
"Your time is nigh, child."
He then disappeared and left Shaun standing in disbelief.

When Shaun arrived back at the tower, he found everyone beaten and hurt. He then spent the next two hours bandaging and bedding the wounded. Afterwards, he slipped onto the couch and tried to drift to sleep.

Kort had followed Shaun back to the tower, and knocked on the door. he let himself in, and walked around to find everyone else that had gone back. He made his way up to the lounge and saw Shaun on the couch. With Shaun still sleeping, he plopped himself down onto a chair that was nearby. He soaked in his surroundings as he waited for Shaun to wake up.

Shaun watched Kort sit there for awhile and decided to have some fun. He used his foot to lift the rug as he slid his sword to the ground. Hoping Kort wasn't watching the rug, he slid the sword to the edge of the rug. He then stopped and jumped up. Landing on the sword, he kicked it up through the rug and grabbed it. His sword was inches from Kort's nose. He then laughed. He was an easily amused person. He slipped it into its sheath and looked at Kort.
"Who are you?"

"Oh, I see. Well, I pretty much grew up on the streets, without parents. I found out about my powers on a sidewalk, and kinda just wandered around after that. I ended up here and bumped into you." Kort explained. "What's your deal, and why were you fightin' that guy?"

"To be truthful, I don't know. I lost my memories. I washed ashore here and found out someone from one of my few remaining memories lived here: Slysheen. I found his room and found some gear...my gear...on his bed. Then I found this girl outside and brought her in from the cold. I stupidly kissed her. Then this thing attack and I froze up. They defeated the thing and then I got a call. Then that guy attacked and now I'm here."
He left out the strange creature that had appeared before him and the newest memory he got back: the memory of his real name.
"All I know of as of know is that I have sword skills, super speed, and agility. I also have this weird ability to manipulate energy by sparking particles in the air."
Avian had drawn back an arrow, and taken aim, just as the final blow was struck. No use wasting a perfectly good arrow, now was there? Although it did pose a slight problem. He'd deduced that maybe the Titans would be more apt to accept him if he'd given them a hand in battle. Oh well. Hopefully, there was still a chance for acceptance. He spied the swordsman and the other conversing, and thought that perhapse they were with the titans. He broke his flight to glide down beside them. "Greetings." He'd say, lowering his bow so as not to appear to be an attacker. Wings, which had a span of twenty feet and were rather angelic in appearance, were left open for entrance purposes. "I must ask... Are you with them?" he questioned, an aura of awe in his voice. He could very well be standing next to an actual Teen Titan!

Sky-Eye, jolted awake, feeling someone had died. He got up and lifted his hood over his head. He jumped down, with his trenchcoat flying behind him, from the broken window. he resembled somewhat of a stealth aircraft diving silently into the air. He lifted the hood off, revealing a grin. "So, it was you, huh Shaun. so, who was it then?" He noticed a couple of new faces. He nodded to both of them welcomingly, and turned back to Shaun with a grave face. he did not want to read his mind. "Well?"
Deadeye lay there in the hospital wing of Titans Tower with Raven asleep in the armchair next to him. She'd learnt not to heal him from past encounters, she just tended to pray alot for him. With a blinding flash of light, out of exsistance popped two anthropomorphicpesonifications. Death and God landed either side of Raven.
"You my son, have proven yourself worthy, but can you handle the next step i wonder?" God said as he rested a hand on Deadeyes' forehead and healed him.
"The next step will be painfull, but you've been prepairing for a long time" Commented Death as he laid one of his specificly crafted scythes by his bed side table.
They both took a step back they started their own magic. As the incantation grew the aura surrounding deadeye extended out just fairenough to touch Raven. With a final clap of his hands, God stopped the incantation and as both, Death and hiself, faded from view his last sentance echoed around.
(Just so ppl know, we were back at the tower but I'll answer. lol)
The man that greeted Shaun and Kort was angelic-looking at first glance. Shaun nodded to his question and told him to follow him. He had been sitting with Shaun and Kort ever since.
(Sorry to control your character, muck, but I had to get back to the Tower. As for you, star, can we just say you walked into the lounge? )
Shaun didn't know how to answer Sky-Eye.
"Ummm. I'm not sure. But I must have known him. He knew me. I've remembered some things, like how to fight and-"
He paused, not sure if he should say it.
