Sorry but your talking gibberish not any kind of science

Right...so bobby is beatable. Superman just can't do it. And it's not Superman's fault, psionic powers or matter manipulation just aren't his thing.

Water is a polar molecule basic chem 101 any undergrad knows that!

Hmm, I guess you got me there, since heat doesn't actually turn water into vapor.

Are you talking to me? I didn't say anything about the polarity of water molecules.

I never stated anything about heat vision, I asked you some questions and have recieved ludicrous responses

On the fact that Superman doesn't have any psionic or matter manipulation powers.

Water molecules have weak polarity. So I can see why Polaris can affect them.
I am talking to both of you please explain your science, firstly where the mass goes? then this!

Ok...lets do this the opposite way. Supes freezes bobby back and tosses him into the sun faster than bobby can react.

Any idiot knows water is a triangular polar molecule, with an asymmetrical distribution of charge. O nuclei drawing e- from H nuclei leaving the region around those nuclei with a net positive charge and therefore xmarks the spot a water molecule is intrisic in its electrically polar structure.

If I meant weak polar on the entire scale from non-polar to ionic would that be better. Chem escapes me nowadays.

I think what you mean and I shouldn't be cruel really is, water is a solvent for polar molecules because it weakens electrostatic forces and hydrogen bonds between polar molecules, am I right?
Keep the faith
Stay whirly
I have still had enough of the rubbish on this thread

Whirly I admit physics/chemistry aren't my forte. Why must you torment me. I lost the ability to actively recall knowledge of Chem110 (the equivalent of Chem101 where your from I'd wager) after I found out I passed it well.

I don't get what you're talking about - I already told you where the mass goes - it doesn't go anywhere. Iceman is transferring his consciousness from one body of water (in any form) to another. It's independent of physical mass, regardless of what Superman does to it. Why is that so hard to understand? Unless you'd like to explain some fallacy I'm missing, and something tells me you won't...
