Sidious easily, hell just more or less brain wash them into thinking his going to lead them to the ultimate dark side path and then as they all start following him as leader he will just cause an enormous force storm and tear them all to pieces
or he could just cause the force storm straight away and kill em all
DE Sidious is totally overrated. He got beaten by Luke at a very early stage in his jedi career. Exar Kun too. I'd say it goes to Revan most likely, however he might be considered more of a jedi than sith, in which case I would give it to Darth Sion.

I believe it is officially stated that Sidious was the strongest in SITH-History!!!!
Sion is EU, if it was true it would be written or said(by GL himself!)

Uhhhhhmmmmm, Palps wasnīt defeated by Luke, in my experience it was Vader who actually disposed of Palps.

It seems you are talking about OT Palps, who is far from the most powerful.
In terms of the movies, Vader is the most powerful.

No, DE Sids is stronger than PT/OT Sids. Yes it said that the PT sidious was the strongest sith in history, but that was at the point of ROTS, where DE did not yet exist. (In SW timeline). DE Sids was so powerful his own body started to decay, he had drained planets for strenght, had much more experience and much more traning and techniques...
