Actually not to make this conspiracy seem true or something but it can be very real.
There are ways to change the frequency of the brain. Not really being able to control it but at least put some basic emotions in it, making a person mad sad happy or whatever...
And the microchips are also very real and tested already. Even used already. Does that make the theory true? No, could it be true, Yes.
