are you saying that EU and the movies are connected? i agree, but the rules here state otherwise. i also agree that mace is dead. how could anyone survive a fall like that?

EU and the movies may have connections in various points, but for the most part, EU can be a load of misleading gumf. It presents Grey Jedi, Palpatine's Son, Luke falling to the Dark Side, etc.
The cool parts are the ones that are worth reading. Anything taking place AFTER ROTJ gets kind of murky, though I do like the Heir of the Empire trilogy.
Anyway! Just heard about a comic book coming out called "Mace Fell Out the Windu"...okay, so I didn't, so sue me!
I'm not a great fan of EU myself but the thing is when the DVD player says stop, I start turning pages. Starwars is a captivating story and you want to find out more, and I can't sit in front of the TV all day watching the same movie, it gets kinda old..So you guys are saying if Sith Master X was to make a book, get millions, you wouldn't read it? Or if you had a chance to make a book you wouldn't? Think, the people that make SW books are crazy star wars fans also, who got there chance to put there cent in the star wars universe..They made the books for the fans and to follow the desire in there heart..GL made the movies for CA$H....$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$...and lots of it I may add..
But I do beleive mace is dead...but I always help the underdog and I voted yes..sam jacksons alright I guess
But I love his saber..it kicks blaster bolts....
