I'd go with that. Although Carrey did lose it more often then not he did tap into the Riddler at some points and it was quite disturbing. Tommy-Lee Jones also lost it but didn't overplay it too much, I mean, come on he's got to appear to be insane and sane at the same time while working off an actor like Carrey. Kilmer is better than Keaton as Bruce Wayne/Batman. Kilmer acted better the dinstinction between Wayne and Batman (the film helped that), he had the better look and voice for both and he was more physically suited than Keaton.
Kilmer played the part as someone trying to not get involved with women and thriving on the loneliness he has to suffer since the death of his parents but Keaton played it as if Bruce Wayne couldn't keep it in his pants.
People say Forever is over-the-top with neon and comedy but in the same respect Returns is just as retarded in having Penguin a disfigured freak who growls and grunts and leers, lives in the sewers, rides on a giant rubber ducky and hangs about with penguins with missiles strapped to their backs (also these disturbingly dressed circus clowns).
Batman kicks ass in it...so what if he kills...it's an action movie...boohoohoo..."batman kills wheeeeeiii, not true! Batman does not kill!!! wheeeeeiii"
And no other woman could play catwoman as sexy as Michelle Pfeiffer! She rocks the world with her tail....

Yeah but the movie raped to death his character with him killing people like he did. The movie doesnt deserve to be called batman if they are going to rape to death his character like that.The Punisher Returns would have been a more appropriate name for it.THATS The Punishers style,not Batman.
Catwoman was the only good thing about that movie.

It sucks even worse than the first one did matter of fact. Batman Begins is the ONE and ONLY "TRUE" Batman movie with Bale easily being the best Bruce Wayne/Batman to have played the role so far.
