You create a wepon, saying what it does and give it Power lvl. (How strong it is) Speed lvl. (Only needed if projectiles)(How fast it goes) Defence lvl. (How easly it breaks) Weight and HP (Health points, duh! )
You also create a character. Here is an example.
Name:Alex
Eyes:Blue
Skin:White
Weight:113 ib.
Hair:Blond
Hat:None
Shirt:Red with Black stripes
Pants:Blue jeans
Shoes:Red Sneakers
Lift (how much can lift):98 ib
Speed (how much miles can run per hour): 6
Health: 90
Defence: 23
Once you do that you can go to one of these places to fight with your wepons.
1.Beach (CA)
2.Desert (AZ)
3.City (Japan)
4. Beach (Florida)
and much more
You can also add new places that arn't up yet.

3.No making your wepons or your character super powerful unless your a really high lvl.!!! (very important rule! must follow)

There are several STATIONS inside the Space Facility. The most important are, Biotechnology Department, Cybernetics Research, Atmospheric Investigation, Viral Research. And the UNSIA which is the United Nations Security and Intelligence Agency. There is another department that no one goes into, The Restricted Omega Lab. Only Top Clearance Scientists go in.
NBT and Fox are in for wepons of the world, who else is in. Oh, and it's okay fox, nobody got killed... yet. *grabs a knife from kitchen and walks towards fox13*

Fruits basket and Bleach don't look like ideas to me- just titles. I'll need more than that, and I'll only consider interest from the point after a decent proposal is made.
I'm not big on crossovers either- justify it to me.
I'll keep an eye on the other ideas if enough people show interest.
