"In the year of our Lord 1314, patriots of Scotland, starving and outnumbered, charged the fields at Bannockburn. They fought like warrior poets. They fought like Scotsmen. And won their freedom."
awful is an understatement my man, I am not happy at all at the news I have been hearing, which is a shame for fans!

I haven't witnessed any particularly bad news except that there was a protest for better pay and that the studio wasn't open for discussion on that. Will they shoot the film in NZ now? What other news have you heard?
There has been talk about Cate Blanchett and Orlando Bloom signing on to reprise their roles...which I find worrying mainly because Lothlorien isn't in the Hobbit so I don't know what the heck Galadrial would be doing in Mirkwood/Rivendell or any of the other Hobbit locations. And Legolas isn't exactly in the books either...
Hello, hello... now I've been away for nearly 5 years and... everything still looks more or less the same o.O this Tig Party started... nearly 6 years ago O.o weird.
Anyway, somehow all of you don't seem to happy about the Hobbit movie... why? Actually, I'm quite happy about nearly everything I heard about it (except that PJ is in hospital).
About Galadriel: they already gave away quite a while ago that they'd show the White Council and some other relevant "politics stuff", ie. the Sauron-and-Mirkwood-story. And, of course, Galadriel is in the White Council (as is Saruman).
I'm much more disturbed by news like this - an elf warrior maid who "secretly falls in love with a young elf lord"?!
