since a bunch of people picked two characters, i picked hotaru and made one up
Name: Hotaru

Story: Hotaru is a hero from the realm of Seido or Orderrealm. He devotes himself to preserving law and order at any cost. He originally went to Outworld to confront Shao Kahn, but he instead allied himself with Onaga (the Dragon King) because he believes that this newly resurrected ruler will bring order to the universe. Because of his beliefs, he aids Onaga's Tarkatan hordes in their attacks and pursues those who would attack them, such as Sub-Zero. In the past, Hotaru served as a guardsman for Dairou while he was incarcerated; the latter now is under contract to murder him. Darrius dislikes Hotaru as well because he thinks that Seido is ruled too harshly and that Hotaru supports this oppressive régime. He is also the antithesis of Havik, a character from the Realm of Chaos who revels in creating and maintaining disorder. Havik wants to undo the order that Hotaru brought to the Outworld city of Lei Chen.
Fighting style/Special Moves: Hotaru's fighting styles are Ba Shan Fan, Pi Gua, and Naginata. He has two special attacks:
Grasshopper, in which he leaps and performs downward kicks while propelling himself forward, and
Lava Burst, a powerful orange projectile that strikes the ground and launches opponents into the air.
His Fatalities and Hara-Kiri are:
First Fatality: He grabs one of his opponent's legs and throws him violently into the ground twice. Afterward, he drags the opponent across the floor in a semicircle, and then he reaches over his head to slam the opponent into the ground one last time, during which the opponent explodes.
Second Fatality: With his opponent kneeling, Hotaru snaps his neck. He then proceeds to twist the head two more times so that the head is rotated 180 degrees from its standard placement.
Hara-Kiri: In an homage to Sub-Zero's Fatality from Mortal Kombat, he decapitates himself and rips out his spine.

Front Face Buster: grabs opponent's head, jumps in the air, and sits down, forcing opponent's face onto the arena floor
Leg Breaker: does drop toe hold then grabs the opponent's leg, put his foot in the back of the knee, grabs his/her foot, and forces his/her knee onto the arena floor
Energy fireball: focuses some energy into a fireball
Bearplex: Bearhugs opponent and swings them around
wildly, then does a belly-to-belly suplex

First Fatality: breaks opponent's neck over his shoulder
Second Fatality: Scratches opponent into bloody mess with claws and his/her severs torso from his/her legs
Hara-Kiri: Removes mask and head explodes

History: One day, 12 year old Oso was practicing wrestling moves with his father when suddenly, a Tarkatan horde, led by Baraka, invaded. Oso managed to escape, but his father, and the rest of the village, for that matter, did not. Oso ran into the woods where he met up with a strange woman who gave him a bear mask that gave him the strength of a bear, and also allowed him to focus his energy into a projectile. Now 11 years later, he has perfected his skills and searches not only for revenge against the ones who destroyed everything he once knew, as well as a way to reunite with his father, which he believes is the masked wrestler he heard was being tortured in the soulnado. Onaga admires the skill of this warrior, and raises his father from the dead to win him over to his side, and it works.
Ending: Oso kills Baraka and holds a feast for his father.

He must enter the Mortal Kombat not only for himself, not just The Master, but for the future of our world and that of the shadow..

ending:sucessfully defeating shao kahn at the end of the tournament blaze turned to portal and said "now we shall fight"
they fought for a full day before portal threw blaze of the pyramid.puttin a portalbneath blaze. then redericting it out of the top f the pyramid crushing blaze to lava as he fell. with this now great power he used it to be the watcher of the realms and ascended to the elder gods.

Background: he is a mysterious outworlder who was around during the 1st mortal kombat tournament, he was sealed in a volcano bound in fire because he was too powerful, he has now woken too take revenge on those who imprisoned him.
Description: muscular build, Caucasian, lives in a stone temple in the botan jungle (Tavens fathers).

Description:this being is virtually impossible and if he sees another ninja in trouble he will kill the atacker and his only weakness is he has so much equipment he takes his weapons slowly but his weapon atacks are devastating so atack him while he is getting his weapons and you will have to finnish the round then.

Bio: Chyou was captured when she was six by Chinese.She had no name , so the Chinese called her Chyou after catching her in the Fall Season.They took her into an underwater place where scientists experimented on little girls.Chyou was the only surviving child which they found a way to create the ultimate child fighting machine.They injected a virus into the girl which messed with her head and she bleed from her eyes.When her eyes stopped bleeding, small horns grew on her head. They trained her to see what she was then capable of.They found out that she had invisible arms/hands which came out of her back. They called the arms and hands "vectors".After years of training she turned thirteen
