Story:
In the Marvel universe, Heroes have beaten villains plenty of times by themselves, "alone they may be nothing but Together the Heroes shall fall!" Said Magneto as he told the villains before. So The heroes of the Marvel universe Teamed together to fight the villains...TOGETHER!
Naraku has another plot to slay InuYasha and his friends by using the power of the Sacred Jewel to summon special warriors from different times and worlds. These special warriors featuring from the anime Naruto, Sailor Moon, and Bleach all summoned against there will unknowingly where they are and what has happened. Now, Naraku who now holds the power to molevolently brainwash these warriors into thinking they have been summoned to be slain by the great demon known as InuYasha! A war that Naraku himself has created only to cause death to everyone and everthing so he can then steal their power and use them against those he detests.
Join InuYasha, Sailor Moon, Bleach, and Naruto to either take part in this war or take down Naraku where he stands... your ignorance and research will guide you towards the truth!
Rules-- The rules are simple and must be followed (please)!

3. I may need some Managers (Administrators) to help keep everything under control.
4. We also need a person who loves and understands Naraku and can role play him correctly.

I new here, so bare with me. I wanna start a Wolfs Rain RPG, if there isn't one out there yet. If there is, before I wanna go ahead and start thinking of a plot,and anyone know of a Wolfs Rain RPG let me know, if not, I'll make one.
Im asking permission to start a new Halo RPG. By looking around the site, it seems that its time for a new one.
Setting: Earth, right after the events taking place at the end of Halo 2 and preceding the events of Halo 3. The main focus will be around a small ONI facility in Cambridge MA, UST **thats United States Territories** called Yankee Station.
Situation: Yankee Station is one of many Ground Control facility's for the Orbital Defense Platforms. Sophisticated electronic and surveillance systems are housed here as well. The Covenant have discovered the purpose of this station and plan to wipe it off the map. The defenders, 30 marines, are low on ammo and supplies.
The single ship in this RPG is a frigate called BattleAxe. She hosts a contingent of Marines, and ODST. The mission will be to break the seige on Yankee Station and evacuate all personnel and sensitive equipment before the Convenient can get their hands on it.
Rules:
1. Absolutely no SPAM-ing
2. Characters are limited to a rank cap of Sgt. Major for now..possible field promotions for Marines and ODST characters depending on people and need.
3. Spartans ARE allowed
4. Posts will be written in novel format, try to keep the posts to a reasonable length...makes for a better story. And PLEASE try to use proper grammar.
5. Covenant characters are always welcome, we need you guys to help the story along.
6. I want to limit this to a max of 10 people, first come first serve.

Rules:
1.) No godmoding. This works both ways; you can't say your attacks hit, and at the same time you can't always avoid getting hurt [unless you have a reason I find to be plausable enough to explain it]. This also applies to creating your character; the stronger you make them, the more weaknesses I expect to see in order to keep the character balanced.
2.) No powers over time, death, etc. You might be able to have a power that allows you to poison people, but you cannot simply have them killed on the spot (unless of course, THEY send me a PM saying that they gave you permission. I will accept no less.)
3.) No killing another player's character without permission (again: see stipulation above).
4.) Please post like a literate human being. No using asterisks for actions, etc. Here's what I mean:
BAD Example: *John opens the door and goes inside*
GOOD Example: After turning the doorknob, John opened the door and stepped inside.
(alright, granted, that sentance is stupid, but you get the idea >_> )
5.) When posting, for the love of god, keep all posts a minimum of 5 sentances long. Your character has 5 senses, a brain to think with, the ability to speak, and the ability to move. There is NO REASON for a post to be shorter than this when you have so many things you can take into account.
6.) All applications must be approved before you can post in the IC thread. Failure to do so will result in you being booted from the RP. Additionally, applications must be posted in the proper thread (there will be a thread specifically for character apps). If you post an app in the IC thread, you'll be turned down on the spot.
7.) Umbrella Clause: Common sense says that no person can ever list every little tiny thing that's considered poor form. If we tell you to stop doing something, it's a good idea to knock it off. To be fair however, we can't just outright ban you on the first offense, as we never specifically told you not to do it. The exceptions to this would be things violating the KMC Terms of Service.
8.) Have fun! Any players found not having fun will be fed to the wolves. You only think I'm kidding
-Summary-
Y'know, up until now, the phrase 'Hell on Earth' was more or less figurative. Nowadays, it's more or less literal. Most of the religious community has already declared this to be the End Times, and most people can't really blame 'em.
See, a couple years back, something strange happened. People started getting... well, I guess the word would be 'superpowers' really. But see, that's where it all started.
The only people who got these powers, were the last people who should EVER be trusted with 'em. It was never the cop down the street that got superpowers, or a good samaritan, or someone nice. No, instead it was the serial killers, the rapists, the arsonists, bank robbers and psychotics. People who were hard enough to get locked up when they were normal. Now, that non-lethal nonsense can't even put 'em into the squad car, let alone behind bars.
Society as we know it has collapsed, and good people are caught in the middle of numerous criminal outfits trying to kill one another and take over...something dangerous enough normally, but even more so now that they've all got strange powers at their disposal. Worst among them is Cirque Du Slaughter, with some nutjob calling himself the Ringmaster leading 'em. There's other groups out there, heck even the Sicilian Mafia has made a comeback, and there's even word the Irish Mob's made a comeback and grabbed up half the east coast.
And just because living under a bunch of super-powered sociopaths wasn't bad enough, the constant fighting not only between the various factions; but also clashes with the police, has reduced most cities to warzones. Living conditions flat out suck, and that's if you're lucky enough to find an abandoned building to live out of. Some people are stuck sleeping in makeshift tents.
A few people have taken up arms to help what's left of the old law enforcement as best as they can; thankfully the standing policy when encountering one of these superpowered freaks is 'shoot to kill' rather than non-lethal techniques... still, the fights getting worse everyday...
So whose side are you on? Maybe you're one of the nutzos who got access to superpowers? Or maybe you've joined up with the resistance to fight back? Or heck, maybe you just wanna make a decent living and wish people would stop blowing everything up at two in the morning.
The choice is yours...
((And as a quick note, in case anyone missed it or tries to do it anyway: There are no superpowered good guys.))
