He's a cool character, I'm glad they didn't make him just another Colonel O'Neill. He should be in the movies, I think he signed on.

yeah, i was kinda mad when i first found out they were taking Richard dean anderson off the show, But Ben did stand up to the task and he has pulled off a great act.
He's come along way since Farscape, So has Claudia Black.
however i feel David Hewlett should have been in more episodes of SG-1.... but im just a fan boy.

No...Sci-Fi cancelled the TV show of Stargate but commissioned two DVD movies so carry on the series with the cast from the show. It's basically series 11 just in two movies. Sucks.

I think RDA left because he he'd buggered both his knees and couldn't keep up or something. messed

David Hewlett is awesome! I love him in Atlantis, it's cool that Amanda Tapping is heading over there now, the interaction between those two is really funny.

oh..okay...but i can't imagine the direct to dvd movies'll be true to the series, i hope it won't just be a 90 min tv episode..erm

It will be exactly the crew/cast/writers/producers/directors etc doing the same thing, I think it will be fine.

well i wasnt sure as to why he left.
Yes, i love him aswell, he was awesome in "Nothing"(2003)
and in "Cube"(1997)
They do go together very well, i was sad when i saw "Sunday"(Stargate Atlantis Episode)

which reminds me the new season is coming out soon.
