Nope, just a good starting point. Most people work there because they get fully trained in customer service. They can then leave after a year or so, with experience, and get another job easily.

I work there because I am not a genius, I would not be able to work anywhere else, unless it was something similar. I am the oldest there, I believe, although I do not look as old as I am. I can easily pass for a 15 year old, and have many times, when I need to. stick out tongue
