It's on HBO. I think you can onDemand it. Other than that, I think it's pretty much off the air.

I don't think so.

[SPOILER - highlight to read]: The way it is, we're led to believe he was taken into custody, but when I watched it I noticed they finished The Joker's story with S.W.A.T. members pointing guns in his face. He was probably supposed to live to be in the next movie, but with Ledger's death they edited the ending some so that Joker's fate is unknown.
