We're supposed to be a Progressive Punk band

we'll never get famous if we don't experiment

Listen to Tool and the Mars Volta, similar to that, but with elements of classic rock bands like the Stones or Zeppelin in, and then with touches of modern punk

the reason we're 'progressive punk' is because we challenge the norms of music, not because we play punk music btw

That's pretty much completely right. But I'd rather be in music to make music that I'm happy with, not what the majority of the general public enjoy. A lot of bands and artists these days just seem to stick to what got them famous these days, and it's stupid, and really shallow of them.
