and when i played for pen y fai, we did these star jumps but they were different than how i was doing them all my life and was like wtf!? and then i learnt to do it they way which is much better.
you have to jump and do the star shape then close your legs and touch the floor and touch the ground with your hands so its like a full star jump and then closing up again if you get me like you know
