I may not even eat tomorrow, I'll do a crazy workout tonight. I'm wearing two nicotine patches. I don't want any of that shit getting in me I'm a big guy. That bone structure sucks if you want to be under 6%.
I build muscle, at least. Some dudes I know just can't do that.

It's not the calories it's the gluten from the pasta, the sugars from that soda, I'd been two weeks unnatural additive free. I'll store that in bodyfat forever. lol
