Locked myself out of my car at 5 a.m. Which happens to be where I am living at night, no home. And was supposed to be at work at 6.m. Showed up 4 hours late, but they must like me, cuz I did not get fired. Yet. Well now, my cell phone has my 24/7 Tow/lockout line 800#. Guess I will never be doing that again. Love the new devices though to open up windows. Looks like a blood pressure cuff and a thin stick to insert with a hook to lift up the lock. Waited 4 fricking hours and the guy unlocks my car in 60 seconds. This device should be in every car trunk just like jumper cables.

Anybody wake up to involuntary diarrhea after eating ground beef for dinner?
This happened to me the other night. About 4 times in a couple of years this woke me up only to having nasty runny crap in my underwear. Must of just happened cuz it did not bleed through the shorts I was wearing in a free ballz sort of way, if you catch my drift.
Anyhoo, has anyone else noticed this happening to them?
I haven't even been able to do pushups because of how messed up my elbow is. It ****ing sucks not being able to go bust out 50 pushups when you're feeling a little weak. Or better yet, hitting your core with some weight at the gym.
That's how I hurt it, so I'm going to have to start light when I'm healed, until I can build enough muscle to protect the joint.
