I know who it is and that person is going to the penitentiary with a 20k$ fine and the only plea-bargain is I don't want to say the terms I'd accept. It's really that simple.

That's an automatic 20 year sentence and 20 thousand dollar fine regardless of attentions.
It's my only way to deal with rejection on this level.
But of course I think this person is doing more than what I just mentioned, I literally intercepting phone calls which really makes me irate even if out of concern of me doing drugs and partying.

I didn't threaten to rape anyone. I said that rape doesn't warrant the sentence executed in most situations.
