Targeting the cranium is a whole other thing. Straight backs very close while the head is still, provides more impact trauma than dropping someone on their head with a suplex, it does more damage that holding them by the back of their head and kneeing them in the face with all your strength.
A straight and direct jab aimed at the mouth like that will cause teeth to explode:
Right onto the back of the head.
