This cousin (different side of the family) is actually a scumbag. He tattooed his own kids when they were 13 and 11. He has a list of exes names going down his arm, marked out when they break up. He's owned many shops and is no longer allowed in Nevada because of outstanding warrants.

Skull and crossbones on his 13 year old son's calf. A ladybug on his 11 year old daughters toe.

My uncle, who taught him, was beyond pissed off when he heard about it. It's something you don't ever do.
