Won't be a big deal to most of you, but there's no longer a 3 at the beginning of my weight. For the first time in a couple years. eek!

In the 2 weeks since I got back from Star Wars, I've dropped 12 lbs exactly as of this morning. I'm able to eat enough to satisfy me and not have my stomach growling. Still have a long way to go until I'm at a proper weight, but this is a great start.

Congrats, thats a huge deal. I went from 370, after being 300+ for a better part of my life, to 230 so i understand that excitement completely. I just knocked off the final X on all of my shirts. Nothing but L's from here.

basically what you're doing now! I just realized I overate and was eating just out of boredom more than out of hunger.

It took me about a year and a half to lose the 100, the rest has come off over the last year or so ever since I became a vegetarian and stopped drinking, kinda. (I still drink, just not as often or as much)

I could never go vegetarian, I love meats too much.

Right now I have a food scale, so every thing that I eat goes onto that so I know exactly how much goes into my gullet. Along with calorie counting, not drinking (soda or alcohol) and going on long daily walks. To be considered Normal weight range I need to be 205 so that's my long term goal.
