Also when a lot of people I met here in the west found out I'm from NC, they'd want to talk to me about NASCAR..

You should hear my sister. When we moved away from Tennessee the first time, she had no accent. She ended up moving back for 7 years and now she's got the biggest "redneck" accent in the world.

My brother-in-law makes his own moonshine. Never tried it, but my younger brother got wasted on just a little bit of it.

Sounds like my youngest teenager. This year she all of a sudden has developed a southern accent. She's really into country music so I think that's why.

Have you seen the moonshine in the stores? Dunno if it's a good comparison or not and I've never had it homemade or from the store.. I'd probably try it.
