Apparently putting washing up liquid in a ziplock bag then freezing makes a perfect gel ice pack

He said I could get a boot to put on for the healing time or just tape it up to the next toe to prevent movement.
I didn't get anything yet, but I might get the boot thing since my sandals still allow the toe to flex which hurts.
