BPD is somewhat more common, and sadly somehow that means it often goes undiagnosed.
Highlighted by abandonment issues, sudden mood swings at the drop of a hat (where as bipolar has mood swings that usually last a lot longer, weeks or months), and other symptoms such as severe anxiety or anxiety attacks.
