I'm alright, losing it a bit from all this time off. I started productively and now all I can do is wake up late and be lazy for the most part, watch Netflix from time to time, when I should be reading and writing.

that doesnt sound to bad but i get where you're coming from

i hate being in my room alone, i dont have major anxiety or anything but my mind wanders and that can sometimes trigger a mania episode

just been meditating so i dont have to deal with it tonight

Yeah, the isolation is getting to me, too. I have a few friends that I see throughout the week but it's still weird being alone so much.

Nice stuff on the meditating though, what kind of meditation do you do? I started doing transcendental meditation a few months back, but I didn't get far with it. I suck at keeping up positive daily routines.

more the blank mind and fall inside your body kind of meditation, there is a term for it but for the life of me i cannot remember it

its more so looking at the internal emotions you have and slowly cancelling them out, like a slowly, steady ink block consuming a a4 sheet of paper
