Friend of mine, 28 years old, just got sent to the hospital with a heart attack.

He's had a heart condition for who knows how long and he insists on smoking at least a pack a day and guzzling down energy drinks. He's not overweight or anything, just bad choices for his condition.

I always say embrace those thoughts. Less concern and anxiety if you do. Seems each person has their own way of dealing with it when they are open to understanding and acceptance.

Get the sugar/milk to a boil and keep it boiling for 2.5 minutes. Immediately remove it from the heat and add in the peanut butter and a tsp of vanilla. Stir it until mixed well and then spread it out.

and honestly it was the best i have ever had
and i am a tough critic when it comes to fudge
