If u have red wine vinegar, red wine or apple cider vinegar - put in a glass, cover with cling film or a plastic bag - something you can stretch right across the top and secure, then pierce little holes.

They crawl in but can't get out

I have them in my room and kitchen to catch them

Also a slice of banana or citrus fruit will work but they go off quicker, the vinegar/wine can be left for much longer

Thankfully I don't drink red wine, so when someone gave me a gift of one of those mini bottles I used it for cooking and the last of it for this

I made a trap with Wine too and it worked well. After you see a good amount of death, be sure to keep the sink and area clean and you should help cut back on their reappearance.
