It's ok. I'd definitely prefer my position over being an agent. They've really got the shitty jobs, so I can't complain. I'm lucky I've been assigned a social media team and not a team that's actually on the phone as the agents generally have less frustrations dealing with clients and are therefore happier with their job. I'd prefer doing something more creative though, I've been keeping my eye out for something better. In the end they pay is good for Czech standards, so I don't have to find something else very quickly.
