There's a 10,000 character limit, may as well get some use out of that
That was good stuff! Like Welshy said I couldn't do that, takes serious guts. But with the experience and interest in stage performance you have, it's good that you're getting out there and doing it. Also, props for the self-deprecation, it must be pretty intense saying that kind of stuff to a room full of people.
But yeah I met loads of great people at Working Title, it was a shame it was only two weeks, really. I think Tom Hardy was in the building at some point, but I didn't see him They also mentioned something about Edgar Wright, but I dunno what came of that it's about time he directed a new film.
Yeah, even over the summer I've missed uni. I never thought I'd ever look forward to studying
Cheers! That's all I've done so far, but I'm going to start work on a few more personal projects in the second year. Kind of going for a dark/absurd humour angle overall, but I might be working on something a bit different that one of my friends' is writing. So yeah, all pretty exciting stuff for me, really!

There's this one guy I used to work with who is a proper musician who has albums out on limited edition vinyl and Spotify and that, who asked me to jam with him and some guys and maybe do some gigs eventually. I haven't seriously played in about two years though, and haven't been on a stage in nearly five so I dunno. Also he wants me to play bass initially until we find a proper bass player, so that's kinda meh.
Upside is that this might lead to fulfilling my moderate dream of touring the European continent. Also, he claims his bass belonged to Damien Rice, that he gave it to Glen Hansard and it somehow made his way to him. So playing that bass would be cool.

Fun fun fun! You'll have to keep us posted with your new ventures in film.
Haha, I write what I know, which is humiliating things. I dunno, I find the self deprecating humor identifiable and realistic. I sometimes wonder what a clean act by me would be like.... but I'm not really one for clean, family friendly jokes. I'll experiment for sure, but I've always liked the darker side of things. It sounds like you can identify with your style of film
