I agree with the overarching point, but the one specific post was silly in the way that my hyperbolic Bulls comparison mocked.

In my texts to people I'm all about grammar but a lot of times here I can't even be bothered with commas etc

My point about how a team that completely relied on one player to make sure they didn't concede any goals, mock-ups from the referee and sheer luck is not deserving of being in a contest that is supposed to determine which of two teams is the best in the World? Especially in a World Cup where other teams who were maybe more deserving were eliminated do to similar shoddy refereeing? smile

I don't see how your Bulls-comparison works on any level. I understand what you were trying to do/say, your comparison whether it was hyperbolic or not, is not applicable. smile
