Yeah I have a few and my dad and sister.

mine isn't that social but it plays on my depresson because my anxiety is usuallt thinking the worst about things

Yeah I'll get there. I refuse to let this beat me.

My depression/anxiety is worse at night, when it's quiet and I'm left with my own thoughts. I need constant distraction.

Hence having Harry Potter audio books on my iPod, so I listen to that at night to try and stop myself from overthinking. Sometimes it works and sometimes I have bad nights where nothing will work and I just get myself in a state with all my thoughts.

i understand that, night time is always the worst. this is why i prefer to be with my mates or give myself something physical to do
