Theres not many Scottish sayings but you could use some scottish slang for example..

Ken = Know ( do ya Ken that guy? )

Kerfuffle = Comotion ( that was a right Kerfuffle )

Wean = Child/Kid [pronounced - Wayne] ( I've got three Weans )

Mince = Rubbish ( That Movie was Mince )
