Powers: Super Speed, super strength, able to control/ manipulate atoms.
Fighting Styles: He knows all of the Chinese animal fighting styles and has blended them into his own perfected technique that is only known as Dance of Rain. Rain is the only person who knows his technique because it is far too difficult for anyone to learn. He rarely uses this tecnique due to it being far too deadly. Anyone that he uses the Dance of Rain on perishes within a second.

Appearance: He has a lean muscular body. His muscles are harder than steel, well honed from years of training and his genes.
