Sam hesitated. "Tony will kill Tom if we don't help... but he might kill us if we interfere." Sam said, picking Jess up and holding her in his arms as he jumped on top of a building that overlooked the fight between Tom and Tony.
Tom looked up and saw Tony falling toward him. Tom jumped into the air to attack but Tony shifted his weight and brought his foot down on Tom's shoulder. Tom crashed into one of the police car's, folding it in half.

[okay, so we'll say that Tim showed up as Robin... Jess changed into Batgirl and now they're all standing on the building over-looking the fight.]
"This looks like it's going to get messy." Tim said as he stood behind a gargoyle.
"No kidding. The press is already here, let's make it quick, I don't want anymore papperazzi after Batgirl." Jess said as she looked over at him. She was crouched behind a gargoyle with a rather nasty face. She then looked to Sam. "You know, in Gotham, reporters are pretty harsh. Don't let them get a picture of your face, you should be wearing a mask. If someone learns who you are, they could come after you and that would mean trouble for all of us." she looked back over the scene below then out across the skyline. "Where's Justin? He should be back by now."

Justin heard the exact words he was waiting for, smiling now he would jump from the top of a nearby building and land beside her. Before she could react he slipped a hand down her back and cupped her rear, then in a blur, move to the corner of the bulding in front of her, waiting a moment for them to realize he was there. "Right here." He sighed. "You should be able to smell me.. Considering you're one of the damned now.." He smiled, rolling damned off of his toungue like it was a compliment.
[Btw. I want Jess to think Tim grabbed her. That'd be hilarious. xD
Sam thought for a second then held out his sword. "I don't like it... but I guess you're right." Sam said as he summoned the armor of Blue Lightning, the intimidating Samurai mask covering Sam's face. "We should hurry!" Sam said, felling the armor restrict his movements. "I can't move as quickly... I'll have to be careful." Sam said as he jumped next to the car Tom had crashed into. Sam unfolded the car and helped Tom up. Tom was dazed for a moment, then ducked quickly as Tony rushed in and kicked Sam away.

As Tony Came in for the kick, Jess came swinging from a grappling hook and kicked him square in the jaw. As Tony fell to the ground shocked, Jess released the grappling gun, flipped and landed squarely on the ground infront of Tony.
"You're in MY city now... and I'd suggest you behave, or you else you'll be sorry." she said through the emotionless mask of Batgirl while holding three, small bat-a-rangs between the fingers on both hands.

Justin leaped down, falling rather fast but landing still nimbly upon his feet. He swiftly moved around the wreckage around the area, quickly to stand beside Batgirl, smirking. "So, this bad man giving you trouble?" He chuckled some.
Tony jumped onto his feet and punched Justin across the face. Tony was about to smack Jess when Tom tackled him. Tom thrust his fist down at Tony, but was surprised when his fist cracked through the pavement. Tony had escaped Tom's attack and was standing over him. Tony laughed as he kicked Tom at Jess, then held out his and caught Sam out of the air. "you can't sneak up on me, punk." Tony said as he swung Sam over his head and slammed him into the ground.

"Oh really?" snickered Batgirl who now hung from a street lamp above Tony. "Think fast." Batgirl flung five of her six bat-a-rangs at Tony so quickly they could scarcely be seen until they dug into his fingers on the hand that held Blue Lightning. She then glided off of the lamp and flung the last bat-a-rang at it, breaking it, and causing the glass to fall into Tony's face. "Hey Ugly, over here!" Batgirl called in Tony's momentary fluster.

The bat-a-rangs that where thrown at Tony's hand seemed to dig straight into his fingers. Tony grinned as he let Sam slam into the ground. Sam gasped as the air was forced from his lungs, he looked up at Tony and was surprised to see him disappear. Sam put up his arms to protect his face from the falling glass that was meant to hit Tony. "Think fast." Tony said mockingly as he showed the Bat-a-rangs he had caught between his fingers. Tony tossed the Bat-a-rangs at Sam and narrowly missed his heart.
Sam anticipated the familiar pain of a blade in his guts, but was relieved to see Tony wasn't able to aim well enough to get past the plate of armor that protected him. "Thank you Jesus." Sam said quietly as he stood up.
Tony laughed and rested his arm around Jess, he had moved to fast to be seen. "You know... you're kind of cute." Tony said as he put his hand on Jess's backside. "And you've got a great taste in costumes." Tony said before bursting into insane laughter.

Batgirl was frustrated, but, as she had been trained to, she didn't show it. She always maintained her normal personality underneath, but on the outside, the emotionless mask of batgirl held no mercy for creatures such as this Tony. As she felt the weight of Tony's arm over her shoulder, she cooly remarked, "You haven't seen the ugly side yet." As Tony moved his hand downward, Batgirl took her chance and jumped up and onto his shoulders, pressed her hands against his eyes and mouth, then covered them with her ice power. Then, she forced his arms behind his back and secured them with some more ice. Now, she flipped off of his shoulders and onto the ground and looked up to give the signal to Robin, who was waiting atop a lower building. (...I totally forgot to rp him!)
Robin swung down from his perch and knocked the flustered Tony facedown onto cold pavement. To prevent anymore damage from being inflicted, Robin removed a tranquilizer from his belt and stuck the needle into Tony's skin.
[hopefully Tony goes down now, as we don't want everybody to die. lol, Tom's probably bleeding to death]

(There's a reason Tom and Sam are afraid of Tony. Just so you know, Tom has met the Teen Titans and they've all had to fight Tony before.)
The ice on Tony's hands melted and shattered as he pulled his hands up and grabbed Robin's throat. "Long time no see, birdbrain... did you forget what happened last time you tried that." Tony said as he let Robin get a good look at his face. Tony pulled Robin toward him and thrust his forehead into Robin's nose. Tony pushed Robin away and turned around to see that Tom was running toward him. Tony put up his hand to deflect Tom's attack and gasped as Sam punched him in the kidneys. Tony felt the shock of lightning coursing through him just before Tom sent a heavy punch into Tony's left eye. Tony fell to the ground, sending out a wave of energy that knocked Tom and Sam's feet out from under them. Tony quickly jumped to his feet and swung an ax kick at Tom's face. Tom put up his arms up and caught Tony's foot but was forced through the pavement. Sam stood up and grabbed Tony's arm to lock the joint, but Tony did a somersault and and reversed the lock. Sam screamed as his elbow was hyper-extended and his shoulder popped out of its socket. "It's time I reminded you about true pain." Tony said as his eyes began to glow red. Sam's eyes began to roll to the back of his head and he began to turn pale, an expression of agony ran across Sam's face but he wasn't able to scream, the pain was too intense.

Batgirl watched the whole scene, she felt unable to do anything. So, in light of her moment alone, she began to put an attack together in her head. There was no time to help the others, and besides, it would remind Tony that she was there, putting herself in more danger. She didn't know where Justin was, and she may have needed his help, but she had no time to waste. She had to stop this, and that was exactly what she was going to do.
Batgirl flung herself onto Tony's shoulders once again, but this time she'd take him down for sure. "Hey ugly, up here!" she said before Tony could do anything. "You like pain? How about fear?" From her belt, she pulled out a small container which she cracked and poured onto his face. This was the same toxin that Scarecrow had used on Batman years before, and she had turned its uses around for good. If she was correct, the toxin would kick in in just a few seconds, when Tony would see everything in a way which was most frightening to him. Jumping off of Tony's shoulders and infront of him, Batgirl grabbed the collar of Tony's shirt and pushed him up against a wall. "Like I said before, this is MY town, and if you mess with it, it messes with you."

Tony smiled at Jess as she forced him into the wall. "I've seen a lot of horrible things sweet heart... fear is my favorite weapon." Tony said as he forced a rough kiss on Jess's lips, his eyes glowing dimly before he passed out from the effects of the poison.
Sam helped Tom up and they walked over to Jess. Tom wiped blood away from his nose and eyes. "The toxins most have restricted his breathing... he's going to wake up with one hell of a headache." Tom said, kicking his unconscious brother in the head. "Good thinking with that aerosol toxin... He never would have stopped if you hadn't have had that with you."
Sam grinned as waved at the police to signal that they had stopped the trouble maker. "I think we might want to get out of here before the press decides to start asking us questions." Sam said helping Robin to his feet. "We might also want to get ourselves patched up before more psychopaths decide they want to see what we look like inside out."

"Then I guess you've just tased your own medicine." Batgirl said flatly as she let the unconcious Tony fall to the ground. She hurt all over and she found herself very thankful that her batsuit was re-inforced with kevlar and that her cowl covered her whole face, thus protecting her from Tony's last action. "Yah." she suddenly realized a piercing pain in her side, she clutched at it and grimmaced. "One, two...Yah, two broken ribs. Ouch." She turned and went towards the others. "Let's get out of here."
Robin, bleeding profusely from his nose and suffering an extreme spell of dizziness, was grateful for the help up from Sam.
"Where's Justin?" Jess asked as she pressed a button on her belt. Soon there was a noise like a very quiet airplane overhead(the batplane^_^).
