Yeah Russia had a huge part in Hitler's downfall. Germany's blitzridge was destroying armies and making short work of the Russian's. However, the Russian army deceided they will kept retreating and not prompt a direct assault which ultimatly pulled more and more German's further into Russia. Russia suffered huge loses, but the German army was not prepared for the Russian winters and did not have the proper equipment and froze to death. The Russian winters were the real victors there. __________________
