First off we need:

Abilites: [No godlike abilites]
Rules:
-No godmoding
-No posts that doesn't give the opponent time to react as in "I jumped up and sliced him in 2"
-No spamming
-No porn
-No over usage of foul language even if you **** it out
-No killing off a player without my permission and the player's permission
-Use " " for character talking or script form like} Name: talking, or any other way that separates the character's talking from his/her actions
-No fighting 10 enemies and not getting a mark
-No member bashing
-No changing the main storyline without my permission or until we have completed the main objective
-You can't defend/negate/block every attack
Sounds fair for over my pass few RPGs I have seen a lot of this that people complained about.
