Teleporters of all kinds are bad, because they CAN break the OHKO rule. You can promise not to, but it's still a power that they have, therefore they're banned. I don't remember if intangiblity is banned or not, but it probably should be, because of the "I 'splode your brain!" argument.

Duplication is allowed, Multiple Man included.
