That's bullsh*t.

If that's the case, Mimic and Duplicate Boy should be banned for being able to adapt to oponents on the battlefield as well by simply copying their powers, and a character like Midnighter wouldn't be allowed due to having a built in combat scenario computer. Shit, Batman can adapt on the fly and overcome obstacles using his brain, he should be banned too.

God, this is actually starting to piss me off now, and I'm a mello brotha. mad

He had his power drained. He got captured along with a couple of the other New Mutants and Cameron Hodges ran experiments on him which eventually drained his life energies and he turned to ashes. They sprinkled his damn ashes on Doug Ramsey's grave.

Mimic can't adapt to whatever's there... he can only copy it... the ability to adapt that Warlock and sentinels have (especially Nimrod) to adapt to any power nearby is totally different

Batman and Midnighter can adapt mentally but they can't come up with completely new powers just because they realise they'll help

sorry but I believe warlock can't be hurt or killed by any conventional way.That puts him above the killability limit.

Could any of the people have the resources or powers to drain his life energies? I'd doubt it.

PS: to Scoob's question:
When Exiles Mimic and Evil Mimic met, Exiles Mimic took one of Evil Mimic's powers (Xavier's telepathy) and used it on him. So if each Mimic has five slots, when they try to copy another Mimic, they have to give up one slot to take one single power.

same issue though

being upgradable during a fight gives you that ability to put yourself above the limits without being initially above the limits

man, you have TRICKY choices, but wasnt power amp banned?

Fine no powers but you need a alias for him to avoid confusion.
