I would do that , but then the entire film hinges upon the translator ... i used to download hellsing episodes that were subbed , in the beginning they were great , but by the end they were shit . The guy could barely translate and what he could translate he couldn't place correctly.....
That's the thing. Aquarian doens't actually effect a person's powers, he simply makes them harmless. He doesn't make Silver Surfer into Norrin Radd or turn Hulk back to Bruce Banner, he simply doesn't allow hostile force which requires kinetic energy to be effective in his vicinity. He only effects kinesis, regardless of source.
Phantazia, on the other hand, actually directly affects the characters powers, and can shut them off.

my god, i know your smarter than this...for the last time phantazia doesn't shut powers off. she in no way makes someone like warbird, powerless. she is 100% completley within the rules
no you didn't, you jumped to conclusions about her powers, and was wrong.
so dizzle, about aurora, still if dazzler is allowed, then so should aurora. your reason for banning aurora is because she has once hypnotized someone, but dazzler has done it more than once. if aurora is out, then dazzler is as well, otherwise this whole banning system is unfair. and about phantazia, she doesn't take powers away, and is still completley within all the rules. the only reason people are spectical is because she can make powers unreliable, and that was never part of the rules, so once again, if she is banned, then this whole system is off.
Stop trying to get those characters it's pathetic and annoying watching someone constantly whine to the superiors just because they've been proven wrong....
these are the first characters i've argued for. unless someone has a sloid reason as to why they are banned, then i'll keep on arguing. no one has had a solid arguement as to why both aurora and phantazia are banned
Aurora's speed is undefined, she has a OHKO ability based on matter manipulation and she has the ability to hypnotize with her light powers equating to mind control.
dizzle's already okayed both her speed and ability to speed up molecules, and it isn't even a ohko. his reason for her bann is the ability to hypnotize people with her light, which she has only done successfully once, but dazzler has done the same thing more than once, and she is still here.
Phantazia can mess around with peoples bio electric fields , effectively paralyzing them , paralyzing is not allowed as is levitation which is counted as Tk.
Aurora isn't allowed because ....
A. Her powers can be using a similar manner to dazzler's effectively causing hypnosis.
B. She is a wild-card. Her current speed is unknown so we can't accept her. For all we know her speed could excel Mach Ten .....
Dizzle okayed her speed. However it being undefined is troublesome if the character ends up fighting another speedster. Who is deemed faster?
I don't recall him okaying her OHKO ability. It is a OHKO ability, she KO's Taurus, the power is meant to explode inanimate objects from what Mungi tells me. However exploding people probably goes against the Comics Code. In the same way that Psylocke's new TK katana can cut through anything inanimate but only knocks out people when it passes through them, Aurora's matter manipulating ability can only knock out people.
Dazzler from what I've read doesn't exert any real control with her light powers.
