I wouldn't say that's a manip. Blurring layers and changing the blend mode, with some stamping thrown in does not make an image a photomanipulation. http://sxc.hu and search for textures, or go to http://imageafter.com ), place it on the image, and adjust the blend mode so that it doesn't overbear the image but still lends texture (and sometimes color) to it.(please log in to view the image) __________________

I think, as long as you are manipulating a picture/photo, who are we to say it isn't a photomanip? However, I agree with Lana; many people think a blurred layer set to soft light is a "manip" in the sense that it is commonly used on the internet, but they are hopelessly wrong.
