I don't know. I still say you get a lot more out of Master Chief.

Oh, I do that "eating healthy" thing too. I have a little jar of chewable Vitamin gummy bears. I eat 4-5 after every meal. So, I guess we're in the same boat.

I do need to start taking actual supplements I think. And I really need to stop eating Chips. Sodium is my main bane.
