Okay, first off, thank you. You seem to have the same mentality as I. We believe in the same. To most, hell is place similiar to Hot Topic. It's suppose to be nowhere near that. It's meant to be horrible, and blasphemous. People will never understand, I think...
Second, yes, read it, and loved it. Anton blew the doors on all the confusion that plagued people. Truly a great work of literature. He expresses the views of Satanic holidays, as well as Satanic sexuality.
LeVey is a very fascinating figure. He is a bit too materialistic for me, but his work on individualism and his interpretation of the devil as a symbol of values dangerous to theists is imo right on. He was also born in the best place on earth.
I've kind of thought, though I may be wrong that Satanism and Atheism are sort of the same........living for the here and now....Nothing evil about that btw.
There is a difference between being atheistic and having your head up your arse. I may not be looking for an afterlife, but I have a species and a future that I'm responsible for. Just becuase I'm atheist doesnt mean I'm selfish.
I agree...........why waste our time on pleasing something for an afterlife, when you could do something wonderful here, now and in the present..........IT'S NOW THAT COUNTS..
But its not necessarily for personal selfish reasons or pleasure. It can be from a desire to help people or to make the world a better place.
THe point is , maytbe in your afterlife, the more people you killed the higher your angel choir. You don't know. Don't waste your time. Do good with the time you are given.
