The Seahawks only real chance is for Grossman to screw up again, but Lovey Smith has learned that Grossman doesn't have his heart in the game like the rest of the team does

actually that game wasnt a shutout. Alexander has been pretty good laitly. Including a 200+ yard game after his injury.

yea i was thinking the same thing. Where did all these people come from all of a sudden? Like the one guy talking about all this shit and then he says i heard vanderjagt was released.... clearly some of these people started following the season the day the playoffs started. I dont think you can blame gramatica for not getting a block. Its not like hes thinking block he was thinking "oh shit oh shit, ****, shit" Also hes tiny and Babineaux is a S who is used to hitting people hed of run gramatica right over and prolly still gotten to Romo.

I was almost more shocked by them having Gramatica attempt that first 50 yarder than I was anything else that happened. Until he made the 50 yarder easy that is.

The Safety thing I think was pretty clearly a catch, when it was first ruled a TD I was like no way that is gonna count. On the replay I was actually shocked to see just how close Tatupa was to keeping it in bounds but he was definitely out.

Also Jackson will likely not play vs the bears.

oh and The early forecast calls for rain, snow and wintry mix in Chicago next weekend. I hope it looks like the GB game Alexander seemed to like the snow.

I thought it was a catch also...its tough to see if he had control or not...I dont know... whatever, Dallas lost anyways.

Dwarf, I dont really know how you can say Dallas doesnt belong in the playoffs. It's the NFC. Who else do you have. They played pretty well all season, and tailed off near the end of the season. I think they deserve to be in the playoffs, and outside of an fluke attempted field goal, they had a good chance of going to the next round.

Rex brings the entire teams hearts down, yes Rex has been playing pretty bad but its not like the rest of their team is playing great either. It's just that Rex is the QB so the spotlight is always on him....

Well for one thing his last game against the pack he did this: 2 out of 12 for 33 yards, 3 ints, no tds, 16.7 passing accuracy and a 0.0 QB rating oh he also had 2 rushing attemtpts for -2 yards.. He has had 5 games of Passing accuracy of 43% and Lower. Against Minnesota he had a 1.3 QB rating 3 ints and passed for 39 yards.

For the last 9 games of the regular season This is what he has done Passing accuracy 50.2%
10 Tds ,13Ints, 19 TO's
A 61.1 QB rating
Sacked over 15 times
and average 5 YPA..

He has not played pretty bad he has been complete and utter garbage His decision making is godawful and puts a heavy strain on there Defense game after game..

i'm sure romo is feeling pretty good and looking really forward to that trip to honolulu . . . no

all that early romo luv was sickening . . .

and i'm not sure saying the cowboys ALMOST beat the seahawks is really something that should be said when trying to convince people that the cowboys were a playoff team. seattle may well be the worst playoff team to ever actually WIN a playoff game. that secondary they fielded was . . . incredible. in defense of smas, you're take regarding who ELSE belonged in their place is very well taken. erm

i think the afc games next week are awesome though. smile

The rest of the team is doing fine no expression

The Bears have a good offensive team hidden somewhere, but Grossman is preventing them from getting there

If I'm wrong, I'll step up to the plate and admit it, but I'd like to say Chicago will make its third divisional round opening home game meltdown in six years. I'm talking 2001, 2005, and 2006.

I'm looking foward to the Pats/SD game myself, I say the Pats take it, but it should be a hell of a game, if we're lucky all the games will be good, but I think the Pats/SD and NO/Phi game are gonna be the two closest

While I think NE has a good chance if any team lost by a lot I would be least surprised if it was NE.

Probably but I hope not. I have New England & Seattle in the Super Bowl in my office pool. Why? Because 9 of the other 12 people have San Diego and New Orleans meeting! In hindsight, I think I should have picked Baltimore for the AFC. NFC is up for grabs but I just don't think Chicago is going to be one of the teams.

I'm not trying to make any sort of prediction about the playoffs, but I think KGB has gotten his point across about how he thinks the Bears will do.

I'm glad Taylor got the award. Outside of sacks, Taylor had the better stats, especialy the 9 FF's, and 2 TD's.

And Taylor definitly deserves it consider what type of team Miami is.

it was a joke i think after Taylor campaigned against merriman for the D player of the year award. Taylor publicy said Merriman shouldnt be allowed to win it because of steriods. Taylor certinaly had a great year and is deserving of the award. Champ was also deserving.
