go along to a class - you don't have to do the fighting, just do the training - you will end seriously healthy!

miss spidergirl I think you really should reconsider studying karate as well.Maybe it looked boring at the tournament and all but once you got going with it and all Im sure you would like it.after all it was probably not that fun in the beginning with taekwondo either right? and even if it was,karate would eventually become fun for you I have no doubt and you would have an advantage against opponets being experienced in BOTH taekwondo AND karate.I really hope you reconsider it and start taking karate lessons as well sometime in the future.

I haven't seen the video footage yet, but there seem to be a lot of so called or even self titled soke out there, it's quite scary...
My jujitsu sensei told us about a guy who came to the club claiming to be a 5th dan ninja. He was self-taught, but knew all the moves in the book he'd got, he got his ass kicked so many times he left the club in a huff and never came back....
