Woah calm down lol. I don't mean any offense by it . I like him as a stunt martial artist too and uh.....I guess he's cute if you say so. He is not a fighter however. Andy Hug, the guy in my sig, is a fighter. Chris Mark is not.
Gender: Unspecified Location: In my Own final fantasy...
lol it's ok i was just messing.. the guy on your sig may be a fighter but he's no chris mark... i think chris could take care of him self in a fight against your average joe....the guy on ur sig is a beast and fights as a profession as chris doesn't..but ok you like Andy i like chris..We're both happy!

I do JKD,TKD, western boxing,chinese/japanese boxing, alittle ninjitsu(I learned that years ago, but haven't practiced it in a while), very proficient in judo, and karate, I also know like three styles of kungfu, not master as that takes years upon years, but I know enough to whoop the majority.
I exercise for a few hours everday and try to stay active like basketball, etc.
That is good way to loose weight too.
I try to keep my body in the top possible physical condition, keep my fighting skills up, and increase my abilities at the same time.
I believe that you shoudln't sacrifice speed for strength, strength for speed, and so on, but that you should have toughness, functional power, quickest reflexes, agile, incrediblee endurance, and brutal skill.
This way you win your fights even if you are fighting more than one person, which I've done.
Not tryin' to bragg, just stating one of my philosophies.
Its good to learn more than one method of training, you know?!?
The point of learning a self defense form is to avoid a fight, not escalate it any further, the reason why you have learned it is in case it does escalate further your prepaired for what comes next. I know Karate ( GOJU RYU) from the school that I went I learned, Jiu Jitsu (Im very good at this), Tai Chi, Fighting, Weapons ( I know 3 weapons), but I was also taught how to avoid a fight. Thats the last thing I would want man, Its not to say i consider myself a wussy little girl cause when it comes time to fight, just dont expect to come out with a pretty face.
im lovin every minute of it. Im planning to go to japan for a year or so to finish my training and hopefully get five or six dan and be a shihan. I also plan on changing some kobudo and adding some karate kata's.
My sig is my schools international signe
I also agree with your training mantality but also do not forget to condition your mind as well as body.
Fight evation is very important i feel that to submit to an agressor to a sertain extent is probably the key, poeple like to feel supeior so i let them and then i usually strick at the last second iv'e found this very effective.
