Oh well, setting up those traps for them was still fun.
Miranda's Rights? lol Yeah, it's awesome. Jill's double knee drop used to be my favorite ground finisher, but now Barry's takes that spot.
And they don't show her other guns (grenade launcher, AK-47) on her back like they do for all the other characters. Wish there had been an option for that in general.
Also, it's awesome how when one player's Barry and the other person's Chirs, Chris will be able to do these super melee moves he normally wouldn't have like the Rising Upper and this one powerful elbow move when he attacks majinis from behind. Sheva also gets a different ground finisher (Double Fang) when the other player is Excella.
And as far as the levels go, I hate how they have Lickers at the beginning of Experimental Facility now.
Regardless, can't wait 'till the rest of the characters come out, even though there will probably be lots of noob players who will spam Heavy Metal Chris's gattling gun on everything they see and not give me a chance to make any melee kills, just like how people on versus mode overuse STARS Wesker's faggy little Hydra, because that's all they know how to do.
Also, Capcom said they're gonna make a newer improved versus mode (Versus Reunion or somethin') if Lost in Nightmares, Desperate Escape, and the new mercenaries get good enough reception.
That reminds me, I'm hoping Desperate Escape ends up being longer than Lost in Nightmares, as I felt it was a little too short overall, aside from the lack of different enemies.
It's like an Executioner majini, except it has this thing on its back that releases poison gases or somethin' when you shoot it, which does damage at close range. Other than that, it's pretty easy to beat, except maybe on professional.
Not bad for a first try I mean, as far as getting a score of nearly 400K. SS in general is typical for me to get now , though admittedly, I still haven't bothered to try mercs reunion on solo yet, and don't know when I will, if ever. Prefer duo mainly.
Dunno about more fun, but I do like the music better.
And ugh, I would save the mines for last just because of the Reapers.
I agree the music is way better then regular mercs, and versus. But I just think that the new characters are more entertaining to play with than the old ones, and not just because the majority have rediculous weapons.
I hate the reapers. Not only are they roaches (which I hate in real life), and do instant kills, they're always killing my chained kills! Is there any good way to put them out permanently without using the RPG?
