The story is mostly left up to the player's interpretation. None of the scenes have any dialogue and there isn't really a synopsis. It's just a bunch of things happening almost at once.
It wasn't bad, it just wasn't anything new to me, the lack of dialogue really killed it, but I did like it when Sonic came in and owned Taboo. It was like "Yeah Sonic's the name and owning shit Nintendonians can't is the game!" Although I do wish Master Hand stood more of a chance.
Yeah, Tabuu getting owned by Sonic was one scene I liked at least, and I agree that Master Hand should've held more of his own as well. At least he was one character I liked who was pretty unique for his time. Tabuu (as a character/villain) was just utter shit IMO, and the Ancient Minister turning out to be R.O.B. was kinda one of the most retarded plot twists ever, to me.
You know I always said Master Hand was this guy after he had one bad day that made him snap. He would then develop the fifth finger just so he could flip everyone off.
Same here. I also wish it would let you at least fight Master Hand too. Him being the leader of the bad guys (except for Tabuu), it would have made to sense to fight him first, then find out he was being controlled.
If anything, I would've preferred Master Hand and all the Ninty villains (including King K. Rool and others that weren't included for whatever reason) to team up against Tabuu and beat him to a pulp, then take on the good guys.
Well, the battle against Tabuu was fun. In fact, the whole Subspace Emissary is fun, but it's even better when playing it with someone else.
Personally, he was a bad choice for a character in SSBB because he's not even a video game character. He's just an obscure accessory that was only useful for playing two games several years ago, but I guess Sakurai liked those two games.

Yeah, Subspace emissary was fun. I'd have preferred it they made Master Hand stronger though. Or at least let him come back in the final fight to help you out. I mean come on, he's Master Hand!
